Hi, I'm Milena Dean. For 16 years, I worked with a private defense contractor, starting in purchasing, then promoted to Compliance Director. A second promotion, to Marketing Director, is what reignited my passion for building brands and helping businesses grow.

In my years in marketing, I saw the same pattern over and over: agencies overpromising and underdelivering, overcharging for builds, and tying clients so tightly to their own systems that switching providers later became a painful ordeal, or broke the site outright. At the same time, I watched my husband run his own business for 15 years without a website, because most small businesses simply don't have the capital that agency-scale pricing assumes.

That's why I started Dean Web Co. I want to give startups and small businesses the right solution for real impact, without the unnecessary complexity most sites carry. It means a lower price, full control of your own assets, a quick turnaround, and a fully deployed site with Google Suite already set up, so you or a marketing hire can pick up a complete branding strategy from day one.
