Only if they're built carelessly. Images get compressed and sized properly, video is optional to autoplay on mobile data, and nothing loads that isn't actually being used on the page. Speed is part of the build, not an afterthought.
Your own photos and video always look better, they're actually your business. If you don't have any yet, licensed stock can fill the gap, like the placeholder images used throughout this page.
Most of what's on this page fits inside a standard package since it's just good use of layout and code, not a separate product. Anything genuinely custom gets scoped and priced upfront before you commit, never as a surprise later.
